What if my order didn’t arrive?

This happens from time to time. Unfortunately we cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Once an item leaves our location, we rely on the mail carriers to deliver the package in a timely manner. Delays can always happen due to unforeseen circumstances. 

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to ship. USPS shipping time is 3-7 business days. Possible delays may occur.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment. 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Mika & Bobby is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please fill out a missing package form request with USPS.

Please check your order to make sure the order address is correct. If the address is incorrect, we are not liable for incomplete/inaccurate addresses as stated on order, but contact us so we can watch to see if the order is returned to us. Also check with your neighbors to see if it was mis-delivered to the wrong address. We unfortunately do not have any more information than what is stated on the tracking. 

Missing mail: If an order is missing in the mail please, fill out a missing package request from the post office. Many times carriers mark packages as delivered, but don't actually show up until the next business day. Please contact us if you are having troubles and we will help you track it down. Refunds will not be given for missing packages in the mail as this is out of our control. 

How do I get my photo on your social sites?

Photos that are posted and tagged @MikaAndBobby will be featured on our page.

How do I wash the bandanas? 

Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, lay flat to dry.

Where do you ship?

Currently USA and Mexico but we hope to be worldwide soon.

Avoiding Product Wear & Tear: You can hand wash your dog bandanas and lay flat to dry. 

Protecting Your Pet: Your pets' safety is very important to us. Always monitor your pet while playing with toys and wearing their bandanas. While our accessories are quality made and sewn, no dog accessory is indestructible. Please take the product away from your pet if they tear open the toy or chew on the bandana. We are not responsible for any misuse of our products.
